TAWA this item is mainly used for making indian bread (roti), not only for indian dish but also for south indian , westren dish to heat , it change the taste of meal.
Tawa is made from very superior raw material (Iron), having a thick iron handle and handle is covered with wooden gaurd which protect hand from heat.
